Each room features Himalayan salt heating stoves, adjustable by remote control for temperature, brightness, and color, while the kitchen is heated by a pellet stove. Outside, you can admire the green Piacenza hills: every window offers panoramic views, and you might spot deer and other wildlife in the surrounding woods. During your stay, you have access to the property's private woodland and grounds. Street parking is available. Up to two pets are allowed. Events are not permitted; please respect quiet hours and both indoor and outdoor spaces. The property is in the charming village of Castione, known for its tower and church bell tower. The bedrooms are spread over three levels and connected by a spiral staircase, with the kitchen located below them in the courtyard. The owners live on site but not in the reserved house. For stays longer than 7 nights, linen and towel changes and cleaning are available on request for an extra charge.
